The animals were rescued in a precarious situation and in conditions of abuse. Many sick, injured, fractured, confined in extremely small and very hot spaces. The store sells animals for consumption and for religious rituals.
But the store is still open because the police have no power to close the store. Only Health Surveillance.

Now we need the Sanitary Surveillance to close the trade in order to protect humans who can consume food from dubious sources and in bad conditions and to protect animals that cannot be traded in these conditions of permanent torture.
